Our Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Please contact our customer service by submitting a ticket. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
The return item must be in new and working condition as well as in its original packaging. Items returned with obvious use or product stains will be subject to refusal. Please include all original items in your return shipment.
If a product is found to be defective or malfunctioning, Auxpower requires photo documentation and order confirmation to expedite the warranty process.
Please note that we do not provide free return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship. 

Our Warranty Terms and Conditions

Auxpower products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the original date of receipt. Our sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Auxbeam’s sole discretion. Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all Auxbeam products will receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.

If the item stopped production or out of stock, we will offer refund or customer can pay balance to get another one. Refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency. (Clearance items not enjoy warranty service).
